Terms of Service

Effective: July 17, 2026

These Terms describe Postro’s monthly SaaS subscription, billing, cancelation, and refunds. Korea (KRW) uses PortOne/NHN KCP; international (USD) uses Paddle as merchant of record.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the use of the digital content SaaS “Postro” (domain: postro.app) operated by Soven (“Company”), including rights and obligations between the Company and users and rules for monthly subscription billing, cancellation, and refunds.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. “Service” means the SaaS that processes user-submitted drafts with AI and templates and helps publish to channels such as X, Instagram, Threads, and other supported platforms.
  2. “User” means a member or non-member who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
  3. “Member” means a user who has registered an account and may use the Service on an ongoing basis.
  4. “Subscription” means a monthly recurring paid plan. Paid use is SaaS subscription, not a prepaid wallet or stored-value balance.
  5. “Billing period” means the approximately one-month period from a successful charge until the day before the next renewal (or an equivalent period notified by the Company).
  6. “Monthly allowance” (quota / credits) means generation or other paid-feature uses granted each billing period (or as a free starter grant). Costs vary by feature (e.g. text, image, avatar create, avatar video). Unused allowance does not roll over.
  7. “Payment provider” includes PortOne and NHN KCP for Korea (KRW), and Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”) as merchant of record for international (USD) checkout, as applicable.

Article 3 (Publication and amendments)

  1. The Company posts these Terms where users can readily review them.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms as permitted by applicable law. Material changes will be announced in advance where required.
  3. Continued use after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Article 4 (Service)

  1. The Service may include AI-assisted content processing, draft storage and publish history, SNS account linking and multi-channel publishing, and plan-based allowances.
  2. The Service is intended to be available 24/7 but may be interrupted for maintenance, outages, or third-party API limits.
  3. The Company may change features and will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

Article 5 (Accounts)

  1. Users must provide accurate information and only link SNS accounts they are authorized to use.
  2. Users are responsible for account credentials and OAuth grants. The Company is not liable for losses from user mismanagement except for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
  3. The Company may refuse or restrict accounts that use false information, impersonation, or violate law or these Terms.

Article 6 (Plans and monthly allowance)

  1. Plans (e.g. Light / Basic / Pro), prices, account limits, and monthly allowances are as shown on the pricing screen. Current list prices may be shown in KRW and/or USD depending on checkout. Changes do not retroactively worsen an already-paid period.
  2. Unused monthly allowance expires at period end and does not roll over. Refunds or extensions for unused quota are not provided except where required by law.
  3. Promotional free credits may have separate rules and are generally non-refundable.

Article 7 (Billing)

  1. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. The first charge occurs at subscription start; subsequent charges occur on the renewal schedule unless cancelation stops future renewals.
  2. Korea (KRW) billing uses PortOne / NHN KCP. International (USD) billing uses Paddle as merchant of record (tax invoicing and payment processing). The Company does not store raw card numbers or CVCs on its servers.
  3. Users must keep a valid payment method. After payment failure, the Company may retry, notify, restrict access, or cancel the subscription.
  4. Billing questions: support@postro.app or 010-8778-0310. Paddle-managed checkout may also be supported via Paddle’s customer tools where applicable.

Article 8 (Cancelation and refunds)

  1. You may cancel anytime in the Service. Cancelation stops future renewals; the current paid period remains available unless a refund/withdraw applies under this Article.
  2. For Korea (KRW / PortOne) purchases governed by Korean consumer e-commerce rules: within 7 days of charge, if you have not used any of that period’s monthly allowance (0 uses), you may request a full refund for that charge.
  3. If you used the allowance even once (e.g. AI generation), that period’s charge is not refundable; you keep access until period end.
  4. For international (USD / Paddle) purchases: refunds are handled under Paddle’s buyer terms and applicable consumer law. Contact support@postro.app; we will work with Paddle where required. Unused expired quota is not refundable.
  5. Refund requests should include payment date, method, payment/order IDs, and reason. The Company aims to start processing confirmed eligible refunds within 7 business days after verification (card/bank timing may vary).

Article 9 (Third-party platforms)

The Service relies on third-party APIs (e.g. Meta, Google, X, OpenAI, HeyGen). Platform policy, review, outages, or limits may restrict features. Users must comply with each provider’s terms. The Company is not liable for provider-side failures or enforcement except for willful misconduct or gross negligence. Avatar and media features may send photos, scripts, and generated media to subprocessors solely to fulfill your request.

Article 10 (User obligations)

  • Do not submit or publish infringing, illegal, spam, phishing, or abusive content.
  • Do not connect accounts or materials you are not authorized to use.
  • Do not abuse, attack, or circumvent the Service.

Article 11 (IP and AI outputs)

  1. You retain rights in originals you upload; you grant the Company a non-exclusive license to process, store, and publish them as needed to provide the Service.
  2. UI, software, logos, and Company templates remain Company (or licensor) property.
  3. Subject to law and third-party restrictions, you may use AI/template outputs for ordinary SNS publishing. You are responsible for legality of inputs and outputs.

Article 12–14 (Changes, disclaimer, termination)

  1. The Company may modify or interrupt features for operations, security, or API changes.
  2. The Company is not liable for force majeure, user fault, or platform-side issues except for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
  3. Account deletion ends future renewals. Unused remaining period quota is forfeited except where a statutory refund still applies (request refund before deletion when eligible).

Article 15 (Governing law)

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence for international checkouts.
  2. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; otherwise Korean courts or applicable consumer ADR may apply as required by law. Paddle purchases may also involve Paddle’s dispute processes.
